I have a question regarding the labor boost labor cream. I ordered it from belly botanicals yesterday and applied the first coating to my belly around 4:45 p.m. it says to do it every 2-4 hours. So I chose to do it every 2 hours. I applied it 4 times altogether yesterday evening before I went to bed. And then began this morning around 6 am. It is now close to 2:30 p.m and almost time for my 5th application today. I can definitley notice strong contractions although they are not a steady, consistent pattern. Was I supposed to keep applying it evwery 2 hours throughout the night as well, and just set my alarm. or am I fine the way Im doing it. I just dont want to end up defeating the whole purpose and screwing it up because I didnt apply it exactly every 2 hours, even throughout the night. (I am 4 cm dilated and 60% effaced.) when do i begin aplying it EVERY hour?
